I was born in Palermo, into a true Palermitan family, and I have spent most of my life in this city.
After attending interpreting school, where I specialized in German and English, and earning a degree in foreign languages, I lived and worked abroad. During this time, I experienced firsthand the benefits of professionalism, efficiency, and punctuality found in Northern Europe.
Nevertheless, I chose to return to my hometown, Palermo, to which I feel deeply connected, in both its strengths and its contradictions.
